Ultrasonic Anemometer 81000VRE

The YOUNG Model 81000VRE Ultrasonic Anemometer is a 3-axis, no-moving-parts wind sensor with four synchronized voltage input channels and serial output.

The VRE model has an extended mast that separates the transducer array from the instrument body. Each sensor is individually wind-tunnel calibrated. Wind and sonic temperature is transmitted serially via RS-232 and RS-485. Signals from up to 4 additional voltage devices may also be included in the serial string. The sensor installs on standard 1 inch pipe.
